#5 studiou-wc-product-cat-manage: Import doesn't import U, bad A import

When importing categories import failed if: - A - category imported but Visibility stays public (default) therefore visibility is set to protected in import (password provided too) - U - category not updated because not found (maybe encoding problem - there was ZŠ Křinec) - D - category not deleted because not found (maybe encoding problem - there was ZŠ Křinec)
